Who we are

This website is run by Nurlytics Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 17387296.

Nurlytics Ltd is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. To ask a question about it, use the contact form.

What we collect

  • The contact form collects your email address, the subject you enter and the text of your enquiry.
  • If you become a client, we keep the information you give us during the work, such as your name, your business contact details and billing details.
  • Our hosting provider records technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

This website has no analytics, advertising or social media trackers.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies of our own. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell real visitors from automated traffic. It is not used to track you across other sites.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss possible work. We do this because you asked us to, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
  • To carry out the work we have agreed with you. We need the information to perform our contract with you.
  • To keep accounts and tax records. The law requires us to.
  • To keep this website secure and working. We have a legitimate interest in protecting it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep in touch.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the suppliers that help us run the business:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts this website and delivers contact form messages to us.
  • Google, which provides the mailbox where we receive and answer enquiries.

These suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months.
  • Client records, including invoices and correspondence about the work, are kept for six years after the work ends, to meet accounting and tax rules.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • correct information that is wrong or incomplete
  • delete your information
  • stop or limit how we use it
  • send your information to you or to another organisation in a common format

To use any of these rights, send a message through the contact form. We will answer within one month and will not charge you.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
